Strauss Surgical ships available goods to the Customer address provided within two (2) business days if prepaid or sold to a Customer in good standing with sufficient credit line.
Shipments will be sent using the Customer’s chosen freight account and service level or via the Company’s Fedex account if no freight account is provided. Service level is at the Company discretion and will not exceed the freight provider’s published rate for the package size.
